Do you HAVE to get paid? I know it may make things uneven if I got in and decided to decline payement (I have no PayPal, Being 13 sucks) But I guess it would be the only way to go. If I didn't read everything, I would ask for a mailing operation. But after thoroughly reading through, I guess that's out of the option. I'm just simply asking for exposure :) And plus, more money for your crack addictions (Y)

Like Typhlanar said, I'm 13 too. I don't own a neither I or my parents don't own a Pay-Pal account, and I don't live in the states, so you can't mail me the money.
Will I be able to submit a track without getting any money?
